Thank you for downloading the SavviSound mobile application (the “Application”) and/or visiting the SavviSound official website www.savvisound.com (the “Site”).

SavviSound LLC ("we," "us," or “our”), the provider of the SavviSound mobile application and the SavviSound website, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process the data that we gather related to your interaction with the Application and/or our Site, as well as the information you may submit when you register or create an account for the Application or contact us by email. This Policy also describes the choices that you have regarding our use of your data and your ability to access, correct, or delete your data. By using the Application or visiting our Site, you accept the terms of this Policy, and agree to the data collection, use, and sharing described in this Policy. We may seek your consent by other means, such as by asking you to click on a button or to change a setting. Where we do so, we will also offer you a way to revoke your consent.

What personal information do we collect?

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” includes any information about an identifiable individual or any information that may reasonably be linked to an individual.

You may choose to provide your Personal Information when you use the Application, visit our Site, create an account, or contact us, such as information necessary to use certain features of the Application, or for the purpose of your inquiry.

How we may share your personal information

How do we protect your Personal Information?

We use reasonable and appropriate security measures designed to help secure your Personal Information against unauthorized use, loss, access, modification, destruction, or disclosure while it is in our custody or under our control. These measures include physical, organizational, and technological measures that are proportionate to the quantity and sensitivity of the Personal Information. Physical measures include secure work areas, and technological measures include encryption, firewalls, anti-virus, and system security monitoring. Organizational measures include the use of access controls to restrict access to Personal Information on a “need to know” basis for our employees, contractors, and agents.

Location and retention of your Personal Information

The Personal Information we collect is stored on your device and can be transferred and processed on servers located in the cloud. Information stored in a foreign jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of general application in the foreign jurisdiction, including lawful access. If we transfer your Personal Information outside of your jurisdiction, we will take steps to ensure your information is adequately protected in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

The time periods for which we retain your Personal Information depend on the purposes for which we collected it. We routinely destroy Personal Information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, including for the purposes of processing the service ordered, or meeting any legal or reporting requirements.

SavviSound LLC takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information in our custody is accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which the information was collected.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. None of our services are intended for use by children under the age of 13. This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in SavviSound LLC’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to those using the SavviSound mobile application (the “Application”) or that visit the SavviSound official website https://www.savvisound.com (the “Site”) who reside in the State of California (“you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. Sales of Personal Information

In the preceding twelve (12) months, SavviSound LLC has not sold Personal Information.

The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

The Right to Request Deletion. You have the right to request the deletion of Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

The Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. However, please note that if the exercise of these rights limits our ability to process Personal Information, we may no longer be able to provide you our products and services or engage with you in the same manner.
