Delete your SavviSound account and personal data

This page lets any member of the SavviSound mobile application, published by SavviSound LLC, request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it.

What we delete

When your request completes, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your name;
• Your username;
• Your email address;
• Your password credentials; and
• All other personal data linked to your account.

Data retained to meet legal or reporting requirements is described in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

1. Open your email app.
2. Write to info@savvisound.com with the subject line "Delete My Account Data".
3. Send the email from the email address registered to your SavviSound account. This confirms the account belongs to you.

What happens next

1. We reply to your registered email address to confirm we received your request.
2. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
3. We send a final confirmation when deletion completes.
